The OPEL SKYLINERS seem to like it tense. Only three days after their drop out of the German BBL Cup the Frankfurt team presented themselves strong-nerved and showed a thrilling performance at their away game in Bamberg.
After a good start in the first 10 minutes of the contest, which was dominated by Robert Garrett who keyed in 13 points, the OPEL SKYLINERS experienced a bad breakdown in the second quarter. And yet, with a strong will to win they fought themselves back into the game after intermission. They secured their 66-63 victory in the very last seconds of the game and hence took home two very important points.
